My name is Katherine Garcia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona and the State of Utah. I have been practicing for over 17 years and am the founder of White Lotus Therapy Services (Previously known as Core Connect Wellness). I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Services Offered
We offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients, including individual therapy, and couples counseling.
Kat offers specialized services such as work with Lifestyle couples (Poly, swingers and ENM), couples with BDSM and Kink dynamics, sexual dysfunctions and disparities in couples, as well as LGBTQIA+ couples. She is EMDR and Gottman trained, as well as trained in interventions from a REBT, CBT, Solution-Focused and IFS approaches. Kat is also certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies.

We use a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
