2 day couples class based on the New York Times Bestseller by John M Gottman and Nana Silver, The Seven Principles Program will give you new insights and research-based relationship skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way.
Every person carries around deep wounds, behaviors, and beliefs about themselves and others from their earliest attachments that unconsciously direct their lives. Early relationships help shape a person’s adult romantic relationships. This 4 hour workshop is a basic intro to attachment theory to help you start healing your relationships.
The quality of the bonding you experienced during your first caregiver relationship often determines how well you relate to other people and respond to intimacy throughout life. In this 1 1/2 hour workshop we will cover basics on attachment, behaviors associated and how this impacts our romantic relationships.
The emphasis on self-love in this workshop incorporates guided meditations, visualization exercises, or affirmations to cultivate feelings of compassion, acceptance, and appreciation towards oneself. There may also be discussions or activities focused on exploring and challenging negative self-beliefs, societal pressures, and cultural expectations that can impact women's sense of self-worth.
In this parts workshop, participants will engage in exercises and discussions aimed at identifying, understanding, and harmonizing these different parts. The goal is to foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and integration, leading to greater emotional balance and well-being.
Therapeutic Services are Provided by a Licensed Provider
During this 50 min session, we get to know each other, go over some history and set some initial goals and perhaps we even get to some skills. Kat will cover what counseling will look like and what you can expect working with her. This appointment is required to start services.
During these ongoing 50 min sessions we chat, figure out your needs and work together to set some skill, goals and changes to make them happen.
This can range from a longer couples session to a multi day/multi hour session. This type of intensive is discussed with Kat and is very couple dependent.

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases.
A short session can start your healing, it is encouraged to schedule several sessions.
This session will leave you feeling energized and begin your stress reduction healing.
Over the years, studies have shown the benefits of meditation for mental health ― from reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety to improving mindfulness and acceptance and more. For people living with anxiety, meditation may improve anxiety levels in a few short weeks, with many benefits continuing long term. This 30 minute session is for those that are having a hard time doing it by themselves.
